Your First weak at new Job.

Your first weak at new job should be very productive for you in new office. It depends on the situation in which you works. When you join new office meat your job requirement and be honest with your job. When you join new office your boss will test your abilities in very first weak of your office. According to my point of view these point should be in your mind for better reputation in new office.

• Be Honest with your work.
• Give your 100% to complete the task.
• Be work as a Friendly environment.
• Take complete guide from your boss about work.
• Be polite.
• You should be on time at office hours.

Some time when you join new team there work environment not suits you. Make good discussion with your colleagues for to involve in the working environment. Office environment interlinked with your working environment. During team meeting  it is really important that you should discuss the about the working environment. It will help you for long time in office. 
Prohibition period is also important but most importantly, the first weekend.

Don't worry some time your boss give you task which is impossible for you to solve. He/She just checking you for your work in pressurized time. It will definitely help you to improve your skills.
One weak is more enough to sit with boss and found what really boss expects from you. More importantly you should made your expectation during your first weak in new office.

Introduction:
If you are not happy with the boss, then it is serious thinking that you are going to leave the job or leaving the organization too. It is not important that you leave the organization and job together.
if you’re not happy that what you’re doing, it’s a must-do action. Many people will not leave job for many years even though they aren’t happy because they afraid about their career path.
If you really going to leave the job there are some steps to leave it. 
Important point:

• You should have strong believe in you to get new and better job. Otherwise if you haven't believe you can't do anything. When you think to go to the better job then nothing can hold you back.
• Another thing you should bear in mind before thinking to leave the job is that many people just decide to leave a job without knowing its circumstances. They take this step due to lack of experience. Take the gradual change in your career path.
• The most important point is that don't think that you have only one opportunity which will be close and you will have nothing.

Look at your CV again and again and think what you learn during the jobs. Before your new job actual picture will be your CV.

Career selection is one of the most important and life changing decision. It is as important as marriage or health counseling. Now a day if you will not take it seriously  it is not taken serious enough, it may result in a life time regret, irritation and restlessness. 
Find the best career counselor for you and get the proper way of life. Career counselor has no proper degree as engineer / psychologists have. There are multiple ways you can find the proper career.

If you are in school visit your nearest Universities where Career counseling department exist. Visit counselor as like as you visit the hospitals when you need it. When you visit towards the psychologists and share you mental strength, It is as important. 
Career counselor ask different questions and find you the best career. It also depends on the experience of the counselor.

5th Most important interview Question "About your weakness and strength"

Preparation:
Most important and last question that interviewer ask form you about your strength and weakness. Before to face the interviewer you should prepare yourself about this question. It can be asked in multiple ways because of this you should think about the answer. It is also important that you should not pretend yourself that you have no weakness.
Question may ask:

• What is your greatest weakness? 
• What part of the job will be most challenging for you?
• Tell me about something you would have done differently at work? The balance

Search the points that in which you handle difficult situation. This will make you charming. You should make the good answer about challenge.
You can make your weakness into strength. If something is exist that you are in weak turn it into strength by overcome it.
The two most important points about weakness every one should ask himself.

• what is my weakness?
• what you do to correct it?

Its actually your ability to show your positiveness. How you overcome in the pressurized situation. You should be professional in any situation and group worker. In working environment there can be situation where you should handle the bad time. So it is important for interviewer to ask about it.

4rd Interview Question "Expected Salary"?

Question May be Asked:
What are your salary expectations?
What are you looking for regarding salary?
What are your salary requirements?
How much do you expect to get paid?
What is the salary range being offered?
Prepare your self by keeping in mind:
Think in a way that what is your worth in the market.
Be honest because it depends what you made yourself so far. If it is necessary then give a Number.
Before employer offer don't give the salary range. When you are negotiating then let them know about your range lese don't give them.
Some Good answers:

• Opportunity is valuable to me.  I am always willing to look at the higher. I would want to be paid according to what I bring to the position, but would be willing to be somewhat flexible.
• I really need more information about the position before I can begin to discuss salary. Can you tell me the range of salary for the position?
• I’m sure whatever you offer will be a fair amount for a person with my qualifications. (May be weak Answer)

1. Be Honest with interviewer about your current salary and just think about your package seriously.
2. You should know your earning market from e.g PayScale, Salary.com or LinkedIn Salary.
3. You should also know about deeply Situation/Envirnment of current job where you are getting the current salary. This will help you a lot.
4. Let told them about the salary If you are getting the bonus let told to interviewer about this also.
5. You probably could’ve gotten more if you hadn’t shared your current salary with the recruiter. They paid me more than I asked for! That will be your win.
